Brunch at Liberty Kitchen & Oyster Bar
It’s always fun to enjoy a good Sunday Brunch with friends. The menu at Liberty Kitchen & Oyster Bar on 1050 Studewood in Houston, Texas gave me so many options I didn’t know what to pick.
I ate the Vanilla-Cinnamon Milk Bread French Toast. The French Toast came topped with seasonal fruit and I decided to go without the whipped cream. I ordered a side of sausage and bacon. I was pleased with each and every bite of my food. The french toast was thick and moist. It wasn’t dry, and it had just the right amount of sweetness. I ordered bacon and sausage to go along with my food.
The drink menu at Liberty Kitchen & Oyster Bar’s was impressive. I tried The John Daily, which was a sweet tea vodka mixed with the restaurant’s homemade lemonade. Since the mimosa is a traditional brunch drink, I couldn’t leave without sampling their signature mimosa. Liberty Kitchen & Oyster Bar’s twist on the traditional mimosa included a mix of champagne and vodka.
As always, brunch with friends is the best. Until next time, love, peace and food.
